Challenge 14 - Technique - Vinyl

What about playing with fluorescent colors? Our Scrapy Land DTM, Sabina has created this fluorescent card using an unconventional material for scrapbooking: vinyl film... that one used for transferring writings on t-shirts.


Vinyl film is thin enough to be cut with the cutting machine.
So first Sabina cut the
Paper Smooches Dies - Thanks Word from a white cardstock and then another cut from the pink vinyl; then she glued them together without overlapping perfectly.



Then, using the circle cutter, she cut three circles in the star/black patterned so that the white cardstock of the card could be seen.
Afterward she cut three
Echo Park Bubble dies from the fluorescent vinyl films and placed them down under the location of the cut circles. Last step, she placed the black/star paper over the top so the vinyl shown through the open circles.
